DAY 1: PHNOM PENH-RATANAKIRI  (-/D)

In the morning, your driver to pick you up from hotel to the bus station for departure to Ratanakiri by Express Minivan. Arrive at Banlung town, check-in at the hotel.

Dinner at hotel and accommodation at Terres Rouges Lodge.

DAY 2: RATANAKIRI    (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel

•In the morning, departure to visit Teuk Cha Ong, the most impressive waterfall of this province. Next to visit waterfall of Okachan, a hill tribe village with elephants and we might try to observe them in the forest.

•Lunch at local restaurant

•After lunch, Visit Taveng. We first cross the curious extent of volcanic rocks of Veyrom Plang: a lava field in the forest with a small waterfall nearby (only in the wet season though) and what locals call tiger caves. As we go north to Taveng, we cross-different types of landscapes: primary forest, clear forest, bamboo forest and “African” bush. We stop at a few nice Kreung villages located quite far away in the forest.

•Dinner at hotel and accommodation at Terres Rouges Lodge.

DAY 3: RATANAKIRI  (B/L/D)

•Breakfast at hotel

•Visit Veun Sai  located on the left bank of the Se San River. The view of the Chinese village on the other side of the river is quite pretty. Actually, this area is nearly a Chinese enclave in Cambodian territory. Most villagers don’t even speak Khmer. Upstream of the Se San are a certain number of Tampoun village that practice funeral statuary; if it is possible, we will rend a boat to go to the village of Ka Chaoan that has superb totems.

•Lunch at local restaurant

• In the afternoon, you visit volcanic lake of giant Yak Laom, superb place surrounded by pristine rainforest.

•Dinner at hotel and accommodation at Terres Rouges Lodge

Day 4: RATANAKIRI-PHNOM PENH  (B/-)

•Breakfast at hotel

•After breakfast, departure your trip to Phnom Penh by Express Minivan and drop off at hotel.

•
